Entrant Number 71 didn’t respond to my E-Mail in time to claim his/her prize and confirm his/her address, so he/she forfeited the prize.

However, that means that for the remaining 89 contestants, you still have a shot of winning the Nintendo 3DS XL. I’ll be doing another YouTube Live Feed in the next few days to choose another winner via random number generator, so keep checking back at Christopher Eastman.com, the Facebook fan-page, and my Twitter page.

For my newest Let’s Play, we’re exploring Super Mario Bros. 2 – a modified port of Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic and the second entry of the Mario universe.

For Part 1, we talk about the game mechanics and go through Worlds 1 and 2. Some people consider this game on of the lame ducks of the Mario universe, but is the game horrible?

We’ll find out as we explore the game together.

The Nintendo 3DS XL hasn’t been claimed by Entrant Number 71 yet, but the winner has until 11:59 PM CST on February 16, 2014 to claim the prize before I do another drawing. However, for those that missed the Live Stream of the drawing, you can view the video below. The audio and video feed ended up becoming de-synched, but at the same time, it might have something to do with all of the programs I was running during the stream.

Entrant Number 71 has been E-Mailed to notify him or her that he or she has won the Nintendo 3DS XL Contest.

The winner will have until 11:59 PM on February 16, 2014 to verify that his or her shipping information is correct. If it’s correct, I’ll have the Nintendo 3DS XL mailed as soon as possible. If he or she doesn’t reply to my E-Mail in that timeframe, they will forfeit the prize, and I’ll be back on YouTube another day to draw another winner.

I’ll let everyone know if the prize has been claimed or not.

Once again, I would like to thank everyone that entered my Nintendo 3DS XL Contest. It was definitely exciting to run the contest, and I’m quite pleased with how smoothly it went.

If you want to check to see if I do another contest, you can always check out my personal Website at Christopher Eastman.com, check out my YouTube channel, you can check out my Twitter page, you can check my Facebook fan-page, or you can check out my Twitch channel.

The links to the other Websites are all on Christopher Eastman.com.

Thank you all so much 🙂

Note: This message was copied almost word for word from my post that I did on my Facebook fan-page a few moments ago 😛

I know that I’m posting this really late, but I’m going to do the drawing for the Nintendo 3DS XL tonight on my YouTube channel. If anyone feels like watching the live feed, I’ll be broadcasting on my channel at 7:00 PM CST.

This is my first live stream on YouTube, and I’m pretty excited about it.

There are less than 24 hours left until the Nintendo 3DS XL Contest ends, and I have to say, I’m amazed with the response I’ve received regarding this contest. At the moment, I currently have 87 people signed up for the contest, but it’s not too late to get your entry in. For all the rules and to sign up, you can click the links in this post or go to the Contests page and access the Nintendo 3DS XL Contest page from there.

Speaking of which, during the down period of the Website, I modified the Contests page to where you can see a list of all of the past, present, and future contests and moved the Nintendo 3DS XL Contest page into it’s own Web page. That way, it’ll make it easier on me to modify the Contests page in the future, and it will make it much more convenient for my Website’s scheduling system to automatically disable the Nintendo 3DS XL Contest page after the time elapses. Also, it should help prevent some links from breaking across the Website so I don’t have to manually edit those at a later date.

Anyway, for those that want to participate in the Nintendo 3DS XL Contest, you only have until 11:59 PM CST today to enter the contest. The actual drawing via random number generator will take place on YouTube either via a live stream of a video that I’ll make after the contest ends, and once the winner has been drawn, the winner will be E-Mailed and will have a week from the drawing to accept the prize and confirm that the mailing address is correct. If the winner does not accept their prize via E-Mail in that time period, another winner will be drawn.

Once again, thank you all so much for making my first contest be such a success. 🙂

Contests: Nintendo 3DS XL Contest

For those that are wanting to enter the Nintendo 3DS XL Contest and haven’t entered yet, you only have until 11:59 PM CST on February 5, 2014 to enter. This Destroyer X Productions Quickie talks about my purchase of the Nintendo 3DS XL and remind people that you’re running out of time. I’m still working out the details on how I will broadcast the actual drawing via random number generator, but I have some ideas as far as what I’ll accomplish this. Very likely, I’ll either do a live stream on YouTube or I’ll do a post-production recording. Either way, I’m probably going to use either Open Broadcaster Software to stream on YouTube (I need to to a test stream before long) or do a recording using ManyCam.

Anyway, enter the contest if you haven’t done so already!

It’s been a long time coming, but I finally wrapped up Let’s Play Super Mario Bros. with Part 2 of the Let’s Play. In this final part, I talk about random things while occasionally talking about the game.

After all, it’s hard to talk about a game that many people have played and many people know the ins and outs regarding gameplay, secrets, etc.

August 27, 2013 - 068

This will be the last update to the Website for this morning since I need to get some sleep for work later today.

I went ahead and uploaded the pictures I took of the Tax Reform Town Hall back on August 27, 2013. For those who aren’t aware, one of the special guests in attendance was Neal Boortz – retired Libertarian radio talk show host and commentator for WSB and national syndication.

I finally managed to upload the pictures from the Assimilation: 9th Annual Halloween Ball. In all honesty, I was going to upload the pictures from the Tax Reform Town Hall before this set, but I accidentally started on the pictures from Assimilation.

Oh well! No use crying over spilled milk 😛

Anyway, I hope everyone enjoys the pictures. The next picture uploads will be the Tax Reform Town Hall, but I’m not sure when I’ll get those uploaded. Either way, just keep checking back, and I’ll get them uploaded sooner or later.
