First and foremost, I cannot begin to apologize for the lack of updates to the Website over the past year. I have been so busy with work, hobbies, friends, and other things lately that I have not been able to devote a lot of time to the Website, my YouTube channel, my Twitch channel, and a few other avenues (although I have been keeping the Facebook page updated very frequently). I know that I have not worked on the Let’s Plays in over a year, and the Image Gallery still has over two years worth of pictures that need to be uploaded to it. When I am able to, I will spend some time updating the Image Gallery and getting more Let’s Plays out.
In other news, it has been over three years ago since I first launched Christopher Eastman.com, and while I have not done much to the Website lately as far as major content, when I am able to, I will make some small updates to My Anime List. Currently, I am not planning a redesign to the Website, but at some point, I do plan on updating the Website’s header. Various aspects will remain the same, but the images behind the Christopher Eastman.com text will end up being changed. As far as the actual text, I am highly debating upon changing it to a different font, but we will see.
Work has been going extremely well lately. On April 20, 2016, I have been officially employed by CrossCom National for a year, and I am very pleased with the progress that I have made growing as an IT Technician. My continued hope that, as time goes on, I will continue to learn additional skills and be able to fully utilize my Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. I still plan on working towards some professional certifications, but at this time, I am just going to continue at the pace I am at right now.
For those that are not aware, I have been doing a lot more with photography over the past year. I am incredibly blessed and honored by the opportunities that have been presented to me at the events that I have attended, and I am extremely thankful for everyone that has allowed me to take their pictures and those that have shared their advice and wisdom with me over the years. With the things that I have learned over the years, I have been able to take better pictures of my toddler niece (it is still hard to believe that she will be two years old in September) so I can share those with my family and loved ones. While photography is not a profession (it is a very expensive hobby), I still strive to become better as a photographer so I can continue to take many pictures of my niece for the years to come.
All and all, the year has been fantastic. I am so thankful for the people in my life, and I really cannot wait to see what the future continues to bring. I cannot promise that I will have any big updates before the year is over, but I will try to have some additional updates to Christopher Eastman.com in the months to come.
See You Space Cowboy…
